Well…

After a seriously intense dinner at The Boiling Crab in Koreatown, the family and I went to Amoeba Music where I picked up these lovely items! 1 used Trainspotting dvd (looks pretty untouched) for only $5 and 1 Smiths LP (also looks pretty untouched) for only $2! The issue with the LP is the label on the record was pressed into the groove, so the last track on that side is unlistenable. But shit, an entire album minus 1 track for only $2? I snatched it up. What a successful day!
I really need to get my record player up here ASAP. I have a bunch of my records just sitting here neglected. I haven’t gotten sad yet, but when I do, that player will be my savior.
Unless I put on my Bright Eyes album… then I’ll be jumping out my 8th floor window…

Today I was at a small record store in downtown Brooklyn looking through a stack of miscellaneous albums and found this masterpiece. Olivia Tremor Control’s Music From The Unreleased Film Script. I was so excited and bought it instantly because this album is amazing.
I went a little crazy shopping today. I found an Urban. There were sales. There was nothing I could do. The record was separate. It’s too good to be sold at Urban. I’m a happy lad.
- Fur-lined flannel (extra small): $64 reduced to $20.
- Olivia Tremor Control - Music From The Unreleased Film Script: $20.
- Black leather Timberland boots: estimated $120 value for $40.
I haven’t spent that much money on myself in a long long time. I have no regrets!
