I’m a day late? Whatever! For Christmas, the family, Rachel, and I went to my Aunt and Uncle’s for dinner. It was relaxing and the children were better behaved than I thought they would be. Probably tired from all the morning festivities.
From the family I got:
- Clothes and pajamas
- A Harry Potter novel to screen book
- Some records
- Lots of candy
- Muholland Drive on dvd
- Fingerless knit gloves
From Rachel’s family:
- A really nice scarf
- An Ugly Doll from Hannah
From Rachel:
- 2 records: A Clockwork Orange soundtrack, Noah and the Whale’s “Blue Skies” 45
- Labyrinth on dvd
- A really awesome 1890’s gold pocket watch! It currently does not work, and the fix is expensive, but I very much intend on getting it in working condition again!
I had a really good Christmas. My parents did a really good job despite our financial state. And Rachel knows me so damn well. Everything was so spot-on. I didn’t even know that 45 existed and it’s one of my favorite tracks by NATW. I’m a happy camper!
